- 100g ripe strawberries
- 75ml thick very low fat plain yoghurt (about 5 tablespoons)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (do not use vanilla essence)
- 150ml apple juice

- 1 ripe peach
- 75ml thick very low fat plain yoghurt (about 5 tablespoons)
- 150ml ice cold skimmed milk

Strawberry Yoghurt Shake:
Chop the strawberries and blend to a purée.
Add the yoghurt and milk and blend until thick, smooth and frothy.
Taste and add some artificial sweetener if required.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Vanilla Yoghurt Shake:
Put all the ingredients except the ice in a screw top container or sealed lid.
Shake until well frothy.
Put ice into a tall glass and pour in the yummy shake.
Peachy Yoghurt Shake:
Peel the peach and remove the stone.
Chop up the flesh and blend to a purée.
Add the milk and the yoghurt and blend until thick, smooth and frothy.
Pour into a glass and serve.
If you use the Peach recipe as the base, simply by changing the peach for any other fruit, the flavours you can create is only limited by what fruits you enjoy.
