Brilliant Blueberry Boosters

Blueberries are one of nature’s superfoods and as well as being fantastically nutritious they taste really good. They can be eaten fresh or in puddings but they are also good with other fruit and vegetables in smoothies and juice blends. Not only do you get a wallop of nutritional value from the blueberries but all the health benefits of the other ingredients.

A kitchen designed for healthy eating should contain a blender/smoothie maker and an electric juicer if you can afford it.
