- 1 small fennel bulb
- 1 lemon
- 100ml chilled chamomile tea Ginger Zinger:
- 1 carrot
- ½ Galia or Honeydew Melon
- 1 lime
- 2.5cm cube fresh root ginger
- 3-4 cardamom pods (optional) Killa Chilla:
- 1 grapefruit
- 375g cucumber
- 1 lemon
- Sparkling mineral water

Fennel Fancy:
Juice the fennel and lemon
Add to the chamomile tea and mix
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices
Ginger Zinger:
Peel the ginger
Remove the flesh from the melon
Juice the carrot, melon flesh, lime and ginger
Mix all the juices together
Serve in a glass over ice.
Decorate with lime wedges and cardamom pods (optional)
Killa Chilla:
Juice the grapefruit, cucumber and lemon
Mix until well combined
Pour into a very tall glass over ice
Top up with sparkling mineral water
Decorate with slices of lemon and cucumber (mint makes a nice addition if you have some)
