Honey Lemonade

What better on a hot summer’s day than a long cool drink of something refreshing? So many of us reach for the fizzy drink but even diet sodas aren’t the best for us. Low calorie drinks may be low in sugar but the rest of the ingredients aren’t the best nutritionally. Chilled water is obviously a great choice but no calories, no fat also means no taste – flavoured waters aren’t so hot on the healthy front either. So, enter Honey Lemonade. Fizzy, fun and fresh. And, very easy to make.

Requirements
  • Blender
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Soda water
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender

Blend until well mixed

Pour over ice in a tall glass
