- Kiwi fruit
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp desiccated coconut, plus extra to garnish
- 2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 -2 teaspoons lemon zest or lemon juice to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, or to taste
- 1 cup low fat yogurt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 small honeydew melon
- ½ cup seedless red grapes
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ cup honey
- 2 cups sparkling water

Green Dream:
Peel and chunk the kiwi fruit
Place in a blender with the pineapple juice and coconut
Blend until smooth
Serve over ice garnished with the extra coconut
Watermelon Lift:
Put the watermelon, mint and honey in a blend and mix quickly until combined (do not overblend)
Add the yoghurt , cinnamon and half the lemon.
Pulse until mixed.
Taste and add more lemon if required. Reblend.
Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint.
Mystic Melon:
Halve the melon
Scoop out the seeds
Cut the flesh into 1-inch chunks.
Wash the grapes and remove any stems
Freeze both the melons and the grapes for at least 1 hour
Remove fruit from freezer and place in a blender
Add the lime juice and honey
Blend until smooth
Add the sparkling water until you’ve got the consistency you want
Serve immediately whilst icy cold with a wedge of lime
