Intense fat burning workouts

The goal is to develop cardiovascular conditioning without getting efficient within our existing capacity. In other words the intense workouts can’t become easy because the body will stop burning fat.

How do we do that?

We go all out in our exercise routines to build reserve capacity. This is called interval exercise. Basically the workouts is highly intense execises alternated with low intensity periods.

Low intensity...

    aerobic exercise burns fat during your workout. Your body gets a message that you need to keep a certain reserve of fat for the next workout. Your body ends up storing more fat because of your workout.

High intensity...

    exercise will increase your RMR (resting metabolic rate) for up to 72 hours after the intense workout. This makes for more fat burning and faster and better results for every workout.


High intensity fat burning workouts are performed by keeping the intensity super high and keeping rest periods between exercises on the low side giving you the best results. If the intensity is not great enough, and we do what is already easily achievable, the body has no reason to adapt and improve.

The goal is to be very close to muscle failure at the end of ever set. In other words, you can’t do another rep. You should keep the time in between sets down to 30 seconds.

This may seem a little scary but it is totally accessible to everyone. There are people as old as 70 years that are following this program with great results. It is for everyone and anyone that follows the training routines and food recommendations will most likely be very satisfied with their progress.
